Delete Account

To request the deletion of your account from the Tir Colega, app, send an email to:

support@tircolega.com

Instructions:

1. Send the email from the address associated with your account.
2. Mention in the subject: „Delete Tir Colega Account”.
3. Your account and associated data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 business days.

Data Deleted and Retention Periods

Upon account deletion, authentication, profile, and activity data are removed. Some anonymous data may be retained for up to 6 months, in accordance with legislation.
